Yuma Mesa RV Park is located in the beautiful foothills area of Yuma Arizona It is convienently located close to stores like Wal-Mart, Fry's, Urgent Care, the Yuma County Fairgrounds, and Yuma International Airport. Community Rules

•  Checkout Time is 11:00 AM

•  Smoking is not permitted in any buildings

•  Pets welcomed but must be on a leash at all times while outside. Barking dogs may not be left unattended either inside or outside your unit. No pets are allowed in or around any of the buildings or pool area. All pets are to be walked outside of the park no exceptions. Pet droppings must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of.

•  Any overnight guests are to register at the office upon arrival and there is a $2.00 fee per guest/per night

•  There are no rent refunds on partial month occupancy

•  All residents are to keep their lot neat and free from litter at all times

•  Residents are to park in their driveway at all times, guest parking is located outside to the west of the entrance. No parking is permitted on the park streets (fire department ordinance)

•  All residents must always observe any/all of the stop signs

•  While in the pool all children regardless of age must always be accompanied by an adult

•  The park's quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

•  Your sewer hose must always be up off the ground (State Ordinance)

•  Trash must be placed within the dumpsters located outside the west walk through gate

•  There is no repair work on any vehicles allowed on the park's property.

•  The outgoing mailbox is located in front of the office. Incoming mail is sorted and delivered to the mail room when mail is in the flag in front of the mailroom is raised to alert the residents the mail has arrived/

•  The Park is not responsible for loss due to Fire,Wind, Flood, Accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables or property of any kind
